Vitamin B Information and Products

What is it and where does it come from? Vitamin B includes Thiamine [Vitamin B1], Riboflavin [Vitamin B2], Niacin [Vitamin B3], Pantothenic Acid [Vitamin B5], Pyridoxine [Vitamin B6], Biotin, Folic Acid and the Cobalamine [Vitamin B12]. All the recognized vital water soluble vitamins except Vitamin C are referred to by the Vitamin B-Complex. At times it was believed that Vitamin B is the nutrient present in extracts of rice, liver or the yeast. These extracts contained some vitamins that allotted different numberings as per the researchers which has led to the misunderstanding within the general public that all these vitamins are inter connected with each others. Unauthentic naming of other substances of vitamin B-complex like choline, inositol and Para Amino Benzoic Acids [PABA] though none of these is important vitamins has further led misunderstanding.

Why it is required: Having often been the subject of supplementation, Vitamin B has many anabolic properties discretely like Niacin – B3, Pyridoxine – B6 and Cobalamine – B12. People mostly believe that at the minimum cost they get better results with Vitamin B-Complex which has all the vitamins in sufficient quantum [50-100 mg, no reasons having 500 mg of Niacin]. This combines the synergistic effect of Vitamin-B which means improvised digestion, carb absorption, protein and fats, the facts is that they comforts themselves as enzymes in some body functions. The water soluble vitamins are expelled out quickly if you take the over dose of these anyway.

The working of B-Vitamins: B-Vitamins release and control gastric juice help absorb and digest macronutrients that transform more from the food we eat in the stomach. All of these B-Vitamins have lot of individual properties. Vitamin B6 is for healthy liver, B9 absorbs substances better from cells and B12 is necessary for body energy. B-Vitamins may be considered next to regular food we eat in terms of providing various nutrients that body needs. If you are genetically better and can really eat good food in sufficient quantities, what you need more to grow is Vitamin B-Complex and similar multi-vitamins.

Recommendations for its use: Take it with meals but not with the multi-vitamins anyway. One serving of 50-100 mg of all B-Vitamins is suggested immediately after meals. You can take the multi-vitamins at breakfast like most of the people does and take one serving of B-Complex immediately after the lunch only.
